Added switches to etherna panel that enable/disable slogan areas on pages.
Google analytics ID field in etherna panel should now work for everyone.
Button on wp login page should no longer turn tiny on first click.
css and js files are now minified by default to further improve page loading time. Non-minified versions for developers that would like to alter the theme are also supplied.
